Refund Policy
At Ai Business Advisors LLC, we are committed to providing our clients with the best possible service. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure that our clients are happy with their experience.
If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of the date of your invoice. We will review your request and issue a refund if we determine that you are not satisfied with our services.
The following are some exceptions to our refund policy:
- We will not issue a refund if you have already received the services that you have paid for.
- We will not issue a refund if you have cancelled your services within 30 days of the date of your invoice.
- We will not issue a refund if you have received a service that is not covered by our refund policy.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@aibusinessadvisors.ae or +971 54 582 4511. We will need to know the invoice number for the services that you are requesting a refund for. We will also need to know the reason for your request.
We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your request. We will issue a refund to the original method of payment.
